Review these icons, and note the icon name indicated as you will be prompted to enter this during the configuration.
If you want to create your custom icon, create that and upload to your website, get the full URL to that icon file (like: yourwebsite.com/icon.gif). Then initiate the .config process for your desired registered chat, and enter that full url (minus the https://) when prompted. We suggest you visit the URL yourself first to ensure it is correct. If you have multiple different chats on your website (like sales page and support page), then you will need to run the config on each chat you want to use this icon on since you can have different icons for each.

There is no charge for using SIMPLE WEBSITE CHAT for cell phones using this service with one channel. Additional chat channels (different web pages like sales and support, or multiple websites, etc) are $15 for 3 months for each additional 2 channels when you are setup for automatic payments. You can absolutely cancel service at any time (no refunds of pre-paid service). If you simply stop using more than 1 chat channel by sending ".deleteThisChannel" in reply to a message from a chat channel, you will not be billed again. If you remove the embedded HTML code from your website that creates the chat boxes, so that there have been no chat box requests for 4 weeks, we will automatically delete those chat channels (and not not bill you if you are no longer using more than 1). We want to be transparent and fair, and not have to deal with refunds that could have been avoided. If you dispute a charge on your credit card (and so have not talked to us first), we will purge all your services with us, and permanently block your cell phone and websites from using our services again. If you add a second (or more) chat channels, we will text you how to setup payment.

All system codes start with a dot/period. You use these system codes by replying to ANY chat message you have received from this system. The site visitor will NOT receive the code you sent. If you have no saved chats on your phone, you can just go to your own website, and initiate a chat there so that you have a message on your phone you can send the desired admin code to.
Most codes affect ALL of your chat channels at the same time, where others affect only the chat that you are replying to. If you have multiple chat channels with us, sending open, close, pause, disable, etc to any one of those chats will do that action for all of your chat channels.

SYSTEM CODES

code - sending this will cause...

• .config - the system to go into configuration mode (will be sent to you from a different address); The config will be separate for each chat channel you have associated with your cell phone (like sales, support, etc). During this you will set your business name, then name shown to the user in the chat, the default 'pause' minutes, an email to use for daily completed chats to be sent to, etc.
• .disable - the chat box to disappear from all of your chat channels as if it does not exist until you sent the .enable code later.
• .enable - a disabled chat box to reappear. If you have auto open/close times set, then it will be in the appropriate mode for the current time.
• .open -  the chat to open if it was closed - applies to all your chat channels
• .open 00:00 - purge of all auto open/close times for all weekdays
• .open when - you to receive a text with all currently set auto open/close times for each weekday
• .open BB:BB-EE:EE mon tue wed thu fri - where BB:BB is open time in 24 hour format (16:00 is 4pm) and EE:EE is time to close. Include all desired weekdays in 3 letter format, at least one week day, up to all 7 days. When you set any auto open/close time on any one  weekday, any unassigned weekdays are closed by default. Applies to all your chat channels.
• .close - sending this will close all chat channels if open (will send new visitors the '.closed' response you setup). The chat boxes still appear on your site.
• .p - pause for the default # minutes you set during configuration
  
• .p XX - where XX is minutes from 1-999, will cause all chat channels to reply to any new visitor chats with your configured ".paused" response, and will include the time you will return. Returns to any current active auto open/close as appropriate for the time.
• .p end - will end early any existing pause
• .note some-text-here - ​Send this with any text you would like saved to the daily transcript email, but not sent to the visitor. Example, if you have a chat on a support site, this might be the client name so that you know where to file the transcript when it's emailed to you later.
• .block - the system will block the current chat visitor from being able to send additional messages. Also removes the chat box from your website for this person. Applies to all your chat channels.
• .delete - the system to delete the chat you are replying to (like when done); If you don't do this, then a chat will stay in the system for up to 60 days. This means that if the same person returns to your site before deleted, they will see the previous chat message still, and new items are added after.
• .email -  the system will immediately send a transcript to the current chat visitor's email address (if the visitor has sent you their email address previously). So if the visitor does enter their email address during their chat, don't forget to do this step to have the transcript sent to them.
  
• ..anyword -  where anyword is any letters/numbers or word that you want (no spaces or other chars), will assign the text you LAST SENT to that word (NOTE the TWO dots preceeding the word). Example, if you make a nice 'hello' message and send that to someone, send right after "..hel" will assign that last sent text by you to "hel" such that when you next send ".hel" in response to any text, it will send that assigned hello message instead of the ".hel". There is no limit to the number of these canned responses you can make. They can include HTML code, links, etc. Note that you cannot create any custom responses using any of the assigned codes shown on this page. All canned responses are available for use on any of your registered chat sites (not different per chat site).
• .s.anyletters - where anyletters is any letters/numbers where you wish to search these system codes and your canned responses. So, if you create a canned response, but forget the assigned word, you can send ".s.hello" to search for the word "hello" in system codes and your canned responses. Any matches are sent to you - one per text message as a reminder. You can do this during any chat as the visitor will not receive any of these messages (no message starting with a dot is ever sent to the visitor).
• .​codes email@address - where email@address is your email address, we will send you a complete list of all admin codes and your canned responses. Send with no email address to have it sent to the email address you provided during .config
  
• .​transferService - this system will send you an activation code to use in order to move your existing chat system to a new cell phone number. Forward the text with the activation code (it's long) to the new cell phone, and have them text this code to chat_new_service @ chat.wdo.app within one hour. After one hour, you would need to send this again to get a new code to try again. You can only do this from the currently active phone on the account (so it will not work to send from a previous assigned number to take it back).
• .feedback (then more text) - will send your message to the adminisrator of this system. You can use this to report any problems, etc. We will not answer questions (review this website instead), and you likely will get no response from us.
• .deleteThisChannel - will cause our system to send you a confirmation text with a code, paste that code into the next message you send to that chat channel, and the channel, it's configuration and any past chats are permanently deleted. This only deletes the channel you send this to, so if you have other channels, it will not affect those.
